Landscape Laborers
Here at Landcom Landscaping, we are looking to hire experienced and professional employees to join our team and who will be on time and work efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- EXPERIENCED in the landscape industry preferred
- Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts
- Must be able to pick up 50 lbs.
- Perform physical labor daily
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist continuously through the day
- Perform general landscape duties
- Ability to properly use hedge trimmers, use blower, spray weeds, use weed eater, rake and pick up efficiently
- Operate and/or maintain various light equipment and tools
- Ability to load/unload trash cans/burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
- Have a strong work ethic and reliability
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the first job site
Job Type:
- Full-time
- Pay: $17.00 and up, depending on work experience and performance

Irrigation Technician
LandCom Landscaping services and maintains HOA communities throughout the Valley. We are looking for an experience Irrigation Technician to join our team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, including valves, diaphragms, solenoids, and pipes
- Adjust irrigation heads and nozzles for optimal performance
- Set, operate, and install various types of controllers, including 2-wire and SMART controllers
- Must have knowledge of appropriate watering schedules for plants, tree, and turf throughout the year
- Maintain quality standards and demonstrate effective time management
- Generate billing/invoices for irrigation repairs via email
- Lift up to 50 lbs and complete assigned tasks in a reliable and professional manner
- Must be to work alone to complete several repairs throughout the day
- Prioritize job duties effectively
- Possess verifiable experience in repairing and troubleshooting irrigation systems
- Have a strong work ethic and reliability
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Speak English (may be second language)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the first job site, if applicable
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for the last 3 years
Job Type:
- Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 and up, depending on work experience and performance
