Landscape Laborers 

LandCom Landscaping is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, arrive on time, work efficiently, and are committed to providing quality landscape maintenance services to our communities.

Previous landscape experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance and labor duties.
• Operate landscape equipment and hand tools, including hedge trimmers, blowers, weed eaters, rakes, and other related equipment.
• Perform weed control and other routine landscape maintenance tasks.
• Trim, prune, rake, blow, collect, and remove landscape debris.
• Load and unload trash cans, burlap bags, plant material, and landscape debris onto trailers.
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized job sites.
• Properly operate and maintain various light equipment and tools.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete assigned maintenance routes and tasks.
• Perform physical labor outdoors in direct sunlight and varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a professional attitude and provide quality service to our customers and communities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely load and unload materials and landscape debris weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Landscape industry experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to the first assigned job site each day.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour, depending on experience and performance
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week

Summer Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Winter Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
